Developing Effective Unit Strategic Plans: Because Wingin’ It Isn’t a Strategy
Description: Join Dr. Dana Davis for a practical training session on the development and assessment of Unit Strategic Plans (USPs). This session will focus on development and evaluation of USPs which will be a vital element in our upcoming SACSCOC decennial review. Anyone responsible for Unit Strategic Plans is encouraged to attend this training session. This session will outline requirements and best practices and provide examples of effective USPs. (This session will not focus on the mechanics of the Xitracs software system.)
