Description: Difficult conversations are an inevitable part of supervision, but they do not have to be overwhelming. This presentation by Ms. Lyneisa Dotson will provide supervisors with practical tools and strategies for approaching sensitive discussions with confidence, professionalism, and empathy. Participants will learn how to prepare for challenging conversations, communicate effectively during the dialogue, and follow up in ways that foster accountability and maintain positive workplace relationships. Realistic scenarios and best practices will be shared to help supervisors turn difficult moments into opportunities for growth and understanding.
